Round 13: V Port at City Mazda Stadium

Absence of State Representatives, College and boys in the Reserves is exposing our Squad when we play sides in the top 5.

Our younger players who have a further 2 full seasons in this Competition are gaining valuable experience that will stand them in good stead for next year.

Whilst the game was over at 3 quarter time, the boys rallied and gave a better showing in the final quarter to add 4goals 2 to 5goals 6 by the opposition. At the siren, Port ran out victors, 19goals 22 to our 7goals 5.

Best Players: Kane Pedler with a consistent game over 4 quarters was best, Josh Schiller had a confidence boost to the form we know he is capable of, Michael Minuzzo is maintaining his good form from week to week, Scott Kumnick had a good game, Kaidan Brand  was prominent and Eddie Keenan , back from injury, tried hard.

Goals: singles to Hassan Ahmat-Watkins, Kaidan Brand, Will Fry, Eddie Keenan, Scott Kumnick, Lachlan McDonald and Josh Schiller.

Next week it is Glenelg at home on Sunday, 3rd July at 11.25am.
